Summary: Our global client is looking for an experienced UX/UI Webflow Visual Designer who can independently deliver high-quality design work for a duration of 11 months. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, along with extensive experience in Webflow, and be capable of creating pitch decks, mockups, and interactive prototypes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to execute creative visions and develop customer-centered campaign executions. A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and an understanding of current design trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI design, motion ideas, and designs for innovative advertising experiences for global brands.
  • Take direction from Art Directors to execute the overall creative vision and visual strategy.
  • Create customer-centered campaign executions integrating marketing objectives and design solutions.
  • Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with internal design teams.
  • Create on-brand design solutions for all owned and operated channels.
  • Partner with various roles to create customer-focused solutions that meet advertiser objectives.
  • Deliver high-quality designs for campaigns across different touchpoints.
  • Develop scalable Webflow templates and components for multiple campaigns.
  • Measure and evaluate current processes and improve them through documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in advertising, design departments, digital media, and marketing.
  • Proven design/communications experience at advertising agencies or in-house creative departments.
  • Strong online creative portfolio demonstrating design skills.

Our global client is seeking an experienced UX/UI Webflow Visual Designer with exceptional craft and execution skills who can independently deliver work on execution briefs for 11 Months. You should have a solid understanding of UX and UI, and extensive hands-on experience with Webflow. You must feel confident in the visual field and be experienced in making pitch decks, mockups, webflow components and pages, and interactive prototypes. Additionally to working on design tasks, you should feel comfortable participating and contributing to creative and innovative ideas when required. Your portfolio should contain great examples of craft and design, and they should be up to date with global trends in design. Sponsorships or theatrical experience and client-facing presentation skills are preferable.

Key job responsibilities:

  • UI design, motion ideas, and designs for innovative advertising experiences for global brands.
  • Take direction from AD, who sets the overall creative vision, concept, and visual strategy, and then execute the creative vision
  • Create customer-centered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, design, and motion patterns into intuitive solutions.
  • Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with internal design teams.
  • Create on-brand design solutions for all owned and operated channels that meet measurable business goals.
  • Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Program Managers, Developers, and Content Producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives
  • Deliver high-quality look and feel and designs for campaigns across different touchpoints.
  • Develop webflow templates and components that can be scaled across multiple campaigns and be used by the wider team
  • Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them through documentation.

Basic qualifications:

  • Experience working in advertising, design departments, digital media, and marketing.
  • Proven experience in design/communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments
  • An online creative portfolio demonstrating design skill set.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problem.
  • Demonstrable in-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, WebFlow)
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.
  • Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers.
  • Proficiency in English
