Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and grow our Web3 community through platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, organise, and execute community-focused events, including AMAs, webinars, live Q&As, and online meetups.
- Moderate community channels to ensure adherence to community guidelines and manage user feedback and conflicts constructively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop content strategies, community campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on community feedback, insights, and sentiment to help inform product development and strategic decisions.
- Identify and engage community ambassadors and influencers to amplify reach and advocacy.
- Stay updated on trends, developments, and best practices in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces.
Key Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience managing online communities, preferably within Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or tech startups.
- Strong familiarity and experience with decentralised finance (DeFi), NFTs, DAOs, crypto, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate complex topics.
- Proven experience using community management tools (Discord bots, Telegram moderation tools, analytics platforms).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for community building and engagement.
- Experience organising digital events and familiarity with platforms such as Twitter Spaces, Discord Voice Channels, and Zoom webinars.
