- Escalation Management: Tackle technical hurdles involving JavaScript, APIs, and Googlebot crawling.
Key Skills:
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- 3-5 years in a technical support or web dev role, ideally in a technical support, sales engineering, or web development role.
- Comfortable with API integrations, OAuth, and web standards.
- Business-level Japanese fluency is a huge plus!
