Summary: The Web Chat Implementation Specialist will support the setup, testing, and rollout of a new web chat function within customer contact operations for a public sector client. This hybrid role requires collaboration with IT teams and involves configuring systems, refining workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition for users. The specialist will also document processes and provide user guidance during the system's launch. The contract is initially set to run until June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
