Summary: The Web Chat Implementation Specialist will support the setup, testing, and rollout of a new web chat function within customer contact operations for a leading public sector client. This hybrid role involves configuring systems, liaising with IT teams, refining workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition for staff and customers. The successful candidate will also document processes and provide user guidance during the system's launch. The contract is initially set to run until June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the setup, testing, and rollout of a new web chat function.
  • Configure the web chat and email system.
