Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and enhance dashboards in BI tools.
- Confident in GA4, both in-platform and when integrating with BI solutions (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Datorama).
- Develop and maintain stakeholder dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Write SQL queries to access and prepare data in BQ/Snowflake (with focus on GA4 data).
- Carry out thorough end-to-end testing of dashboards to guarantee accuracy.
- Spot potential risks or gaps (e.g., missing data points) and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate directly with client teams and follow their processes.
- Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand reporting needs.
- Highlight and shape new opportunities for delivering added value.
- Provide training to stakeholders who are new to GA4.
- Help upskill wider teams, giving them confidence to use GA4 independently for high-level insights.
Key Skills:
- Background as a Web Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role.
- Proven track record delivering reporting projects using GA4 and BI tools.
- Ideally experienced in agency, consulting, or tech settings.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, challenging assumptions, and translating needs into solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting
