Summary: The Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (Offshore Wind) will support a major offshore wind operations project on a Service Operations Vessel (SOV) operating from the UK and Germany. This role involves managing inventory and logistics while ensuring efficient communication between offshore teams and shore-based support. The position requires a focus on safety and operational efficiency during offshore activities. This is an Outside IR35 contract opportunity with 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, tools, consumables, PPE, certification, calibration and waste management processes.
  • Support efficient receipt, shipment, tracking and allocation of parts and equipment.
  • Maintain communication between offshore teams, vessel management and shore-based support functions.
  • Ensure service kits, tooling, and vessel stores are available to support planned maintenance activities.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and pre-work briefs while supporting safe and efficient offshore operations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, stores, or stock control operations within offshore wind, marine or engineering environments.
  • SAP Materials Management experience.
  • Valid GWO Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness and Slinger/Signaller certifications.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Ability to travel and work offshore in Germany.
  • Experience with SCADA or turbine control systems would be advantageous.
