Detailed Description From Employer:

Your new company

Our client is a fast-growing company on a mission to scale the most promising brands of tomorrow. They acquire high-quality businesses in a variety of industries and their vision is to build a large-scale, multi-brand company that transforms brilliant products into global success stories while making a meaningful, positive impact along the way. This is your opportunity to join at an exciting moment in their journey. They are a hybrid team of around 40 people from various nationalities, growing fast and building big. If you're driven, curious, and ready to learn at a pace, you won't just be joining a company, you'll be shaping it. Come build the future of consumer brands with them.

Your new role

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for leading their warehouse operations and making sure stock, fulfilment, inbound deliveries, outbound orders, and day-to-day processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a key part of a fast-growing business, you'll work closely with their Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, and Growth teams to ensure the warehouse supports excellent customer experience, accurate stock control, and scalable operational growth. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable managing both people and systems. You'll be someone who enjoys improving ways of working, solving operational issues quickly, and building a warehouse environment that is accurate, efficient, safe, and ready to scale. You'll also be confident juggling multiple priorities at once, staying calm and focused when demands shift, and deadlines compete.

What you'll need to succeed

Warehouse & Operations Experience: Experience managing warehouse operations, fulfilment, inventory, logistics, or a similar operational function, ideally within e-commerce.

People Management: Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team, with the ability to motivate, train, and hold people accountable to clear standards. You'll be someone who genuinely invests in your team -building people up, recognising great work, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued, supported, and proud of what they do. We're looking for a leader who understands that a positive, engaged team is the foundation of everything else.

Problem-Solving: Able to act quickly when issues arise, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions that prevent the same issue happening again.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, especially around stock, order fulfilment, product handling, documentation, and reporting.

What you'll get in return

A salary of up to £50,000 plus 35 days annual leave, including your birthday. A £500 annual budget for your learning and development, covering everything from relevant events to online courses and more, on top of unparalleled hands-on learning with your team of marketplace experts. Well-being Support: Great work comes from people who are highly motivated and engaged, not from people who are overworked and overstretched. They offer gym memberships and an additional well-being allowance, and continuously review their offering to best support the team. As part of the team, you'll get an exclusive discount code to use online shops and dive into their greatest products.
