Summary: The Warehouse Manager at Safran Helicopter Engines will lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves managing warehouse operations, fostering team growth, and driving operational excellence in alignment with company values. - Lead and manage projects to optimise warehouse operations.
- Implement and oversee sorting and storage practices to enhance space utilisation.
- Regularly review and enhance existing processes and procedures to further operational excellence.
- Ensure document retention processes are robust and well-established for compliance and operational support.
