Summary: The Warehouse Manager at Safran Helicopter Engines will lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.   • Develop individual skills within the team, establishing competence and confidence.
  • Lead and manage projects to optimise warehouse operations.
  • Implement and oversee sorting and storage practices to enhance space utilisation.
  • Regularly review and enhance existing processes and procedures to further operational excellence.
  • Ensure document retention processes are robust and well-established for compliance and operational support.
