Key Responsibilities:

• Triage new referrals, ensuring urgent cases receive immediate attention.
• Provide advice, information, and signposting to service users and professionals.
• Assess and manage requests for social care assessments and safeguarding referrals.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and champion new initiatives and team developments.
• Lead as a Best Interest Assessor, AMHP, Practice Educator, or ASYE Assessor.
• Deliver short-term and crisis intervention work (non-case-holding role).

Key Skills:

• Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England).
• Experience in triaging referrals, safeguarding, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
