Location: Hybird, 2 days/week onsite in London

Key requirements:
- Strong ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect experience
- Hands-on experience with Vendor Risk / VR
- Experience across IRM / GRC highly desirable
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and configuration
- Experience leading technical teams and overseeing solution delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations
