Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onboarding paperwork for all hires, including interns, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Oversee offboarding documentation, drafting as required.
  • Create tailored offboarding procedures for each EMEA office.
  • Work with legal and payroll to address working time reporting challenges in certain EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Develop HR Standard Operating Procedures for new office openings as applicable.
  • Lead headcount analysis strategic projects.
  • Support Global Policies workstreams.
  • Support EMEA Offer Letter Generation rollout.

Key Skills:

Danos have been mandated on a unique opportunity by an elite Private Equity fund. The role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover and will sit within the firm's HR function. You will act as integral legal adviser to the HR team and operate as a bridge between HR and the wider legal team. The role will suit candidates with a strong employment law background who wish to pursue opportunities away from a traditional in house legal position. The client are ideally looking for candidates who can start by the end of January 2026.
