Summary: Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Voids Surveyor to manage repair jobs for a Housing Association in Surrey, covering a large area from South London to Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Location would be South London/Surrey through to Portsmouth (c 200 properties)
  • Logging and managing repair jobs across multiple housing sites using Civica CX as operating system
  • Monitoring KPIs to ensure jobs were completed within target timescales
  • Liaised with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to update job progress and resolve queries
  • Raised purchase orders and managed subcontractor instructions in CX- Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before invoicing
  • Responding to calls and inbox queries, prioritising urgent works and ensuring timely resolution
  • Supported compliance by managing job documentation and reports for auditing purposes
