Voids Surveyor

Summary: Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Voids Surveyor to manage repair jobs for a Housing Association in Surrey, covering a large area from South London to Portsmouth. The role involves logging repairs, monitoring KPIs, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor instructions and responding to urgent queries. Key Responsibilities:

• Location would be South London/Surrey through to Portsmouth (c 200 properties)
• Logging and managing repair jobs across multiple housing sites using Civica CX as operating system
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure jobs were completed within target timescales
• Liaised with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to update job progress and resolve queries
• Raised purchase orders and managed subcontractor instructions in CX- Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance before invoicing
• Responding to calls and inbox queries, prioritising urgent works and ensuring timely resolution
• Supported compliance by managing job documentation and reports for auditing purposes
