Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of staff and third parties through regular toolbox talks and safety training
- Drive productivity and provide technical support to operatives and contractors
- Monitor completed works daily and review planning for upcoming voids and maintenance works
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients and residents
- Manage individual performance and address issues proactively
- Support the Contracts Manager in achieving contract, sales, margin, and cost targets
Key Skills:
- Previous social housing contract management experience
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
- SMSTS Card (essential)

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their refurbishment and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and be part of its continued development.
This role will cover contracts within the Camden area.
Pay & Working Hours
Pay Rate: £26.00 – £32.50 per hour
Contract Type: On-going contract
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
The Role
Manage the performance of operatives and subcontractors to deliver contract objectives
Take ownership of company, client, and contract processes
Support the Contracts Manager across voids, planned, and reactive maintenance activities
Assist the Contracts Manager with day-to-day duties as required
Undertake site-based works when necessary
