Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on social value and environmental initiatives for major Public Sector customers.
- Shape Vodafone Business's wider sustainability strategy.
- Engage teams across Vodafone Business on sustainability reporting and programme delivery.
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to establish carbon baselines and implement actions to cut emissions.

What You'll Do
This role is all about bringing our sustainability commitments to life. You'll lead on social value and environmental initiatives for one of our major Public Sector customers, while also helping shape Vodafone Business's wider sustainability strategy. You'll work closely with teams across Vodafone Business and with our customers, keeping everyone engaged on sustainability reporting and programme delivery. You'll sit within the Sustainable Business team, with an additional line into Vodafone Business, so collaboration will be a big part of what you do.
- Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to build contract specific carbon baselines and put practical actions in place to cut emissions.
- Work directly with customers to shape strategy and deliver shared goals through workshops, presentations, and face to face meetings.
- Own the delivery of customers' Social Value Delivery Plans, taking responsibility for initiatives, tracking progress, reporting impact, and communicating results.
- Manage external partnerships and programmes that support volunteering and biodiversity projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to collect and analyse environmental and social data, using a strong understanding of customers' businesses and aligning to relevant social value frameworks.
Who You Are
Hands on experience working in Sustainability, Social Value or CSR roles, with direct relevance to Vodafone Business environments
Strong background in environmental reporting and carbon baselining, ideally within the ICT sector
Proven ability to deliver projects end to end, keeping everything on track, on time and aligned to agreed outputs
Confident managing external partners (both charity and non charity), building positive relationships and delivering shared outcomes
Excellent skills in collecting, managing and analysing data, particularly environmental and sustainability related data
