Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remediation support for VMware-based infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and Dell VxRail platforms.
- Work closely with client’s IT and security teams to stabilize virtualized workloads.
- Perform root cause analysis, provide incident documentation, and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize VMware environment performance and ensure operational resilience.
- Support escalation management and collaborate with vendor teams if required.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and best practices to the internal team.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies.
- Strong expertise in: VMware vSphere / vCenter / ESXi, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Dell EMC VxRail (deployment, management, troubleshooting).
- Proven experience in Critical Infrastructure Recovery projects.
- Solid understanding of virtualization networking, storage, and security integration.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-severity situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or VCIX preferred).
- Exposure to multi-cloud / hybrid environments.
