Summary: The Visual Designer role involves creating and evaluating visual content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate images for alignment with guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain visual consistency across projects
- Identify and communicate visual trends, issues, or areas for improvement
Key Skills:
- Several years of relevant design experience
- Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Photoshop and other relevant design tools
- Strong command of visual design principles and current design trends
- Expertise in editing both photorealistic and non-photorealistic images
- Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
- Experience working in an iterative design process
- Passion for graphic design, photography, and illustration
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt design and prompt engineering
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Capability to package and present findings to creative teams and management
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-volume work environments
