VisionPlus Developer

Summary: The VisionPlus Developer role is focused on the development and maintenance of complex banking applications, particularly in credit card processing. The position requires extensive experience with the VisionPLUS product and its various modules, alongside strong knowledge of COBOL and CICS. The developer will also need to be proficient in Mainframe technologies and possess good interpersonal skills. This role is structured as a PAYE position through an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of complex banking applications such as credit card processing.
• Utilization of VisionPLUS product and its modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, ASM, VMX, WINGSFM).
• Design and development of medium to high complex problems.
• Engagement in DevOps and Agile practices.
• Collaboration with team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Key Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in development and maintenance of banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS product and its modules.
• Proficiency in COBOL and CICS.
• Familiarity with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor and Changeman.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Role Description:

* 8-10 Years of experience in development and maintenance of complex banking applications such as credit card processing
* Strong knowledge of VisionPLUS product.
* Strong hands-on working knowledge in one or more VisionPLUS modules viz. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, ASM, VMX, WINGSFM etc.
* Strong knowledge of COBOL and CICS
* Must be well versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor, Changeman and batch scheduling activities.
* Experience in design and development of medium to high complex problems
* Good knowledge and experience of DevOps & Agile discipline
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
