Summary: The Virtualisation Engineer role involves supporting the technical team in the design, development, documentation, building, and validation of the core virtual estate for the NSoIT(D) Platform. The position requires SC clearance and entails a hybrid working arrangement with three days on-site in Blandford. The role is contract-based for an initial period of three months, with a daily rate between £500 and £600. Candidates must have extensive experience in virtualization technologies and hold relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• The design, development, building and validation of all virtualisation components which form part of the NSoIT(D) Platform.
• Production and review of all levels of design artefacts.
• Supporting wider NSoIT(D) system testing activities.
• Working with Service Management to resolve issues.
