Summary: The role of a Viewing Agent involves conducting property viewings and related appointments on a freelance basis, allowing individuals to supplement their income. Candidates will have the flexibility to choose assignments based on their availability and interests, with a focus on excellent communication and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and meet & greet appointments.
- Perform video viewings and basic photography using a camera phone.
- Create floor plans and conduct property inspections.
- Select assignments based on personal availability and interest.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability while working independently.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Comfortable working alone.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.
