COPA Cymru is looking for a videographer / editor to join our Cardiff-based team. We’re a BAFTA/ RTS award-winning production company based in Cardiff, working across commercial video, branded content, social media campaigns, broadcast-adjacent work and creative projects for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for someone early in their career who is already making strong work and wants to keep developing as part of a busy, hands-on production team. This role would suit someone with strong creative instincts, a good eye, solid technical ability and the confidence to shoot and edit content to a professional standard. A degree is not essential, but a strong portfolio is. We care more about the quality of your work, your attitude, and your willingness to learn than whether you have followed a traditional route into the industry.

- Motion graphics, animation, sound design, colour grading or photography
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excited by filmmaking, content creation and visual storytelling. You might be a recent graduate, a freelancer looking for more stability, or someone who has built up a strong portfolio through self-initiated projects, client work or independent filmmaking. Formal company experience is welcome, but it is not a requirement. More than anything, we want to see evidence of aesthetic taste, initiative, problem solving and a desire to keep improving.
