Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production workflows from concept through delivery across a range of video content.

- Oversee post-production processes, including editorial, grading, sound, and VFX integration.
- Provide technical oversight, QC, and ensure all deliverables meet platform specifications.
- Manage external partners, studios, and freelance talent to maintain high quality standards.
- Develop tailored schedules and workflows to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Balance multiple fast-paced projects with strong attention to detail and creative integrity.
- Monitor budgets and maintain cost-effective production solutions.
- Liaise confidently across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Understand and communicate how video functions within product, marketing, and social ecosystems.
