Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver VPN/Remote Access and cyber-security solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Design infrastructure with a focus on availability, resilience, and virtualization.
- Utilize Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access, with knowledge of Citrix and Azure.
- Implement SAML Based-Authentication and interact with APIs using tools like Postman.
- Manage Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, DNS, DHCP, and PKI certificate infrastructure.
- Apply Agile concepts and best practices in problem-solving within the enterprise context.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, Fiddler, Wireshark, and Service Now.
Key Skills:
- In-depth technical experience in VPN/Remote Access and cyber-security solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (IP, routing, TLS, etc.).
- Infrastructure design experience, including data center setups and virtualization.
- Product experience with Zscaler and basic understanding of Citrix and Azure.
- Experience with SAML Based-Authentication and API interaction.
