Summary: Join a leading telecommunications company as a Vendor Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors to ensure services are effective, cost-efficient, and aligned with ITIL best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of vendors, ensuring performance against KPIs and contractual obligations.
- Develop SMART KPIs with operational teams to measure vendor performance and value for money.
- Chair regular vendor review meetings to assess performance and compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for vendor-related issues, driving service improvement plans and escalating where necessary.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams to maintain compliance with governance requirements.
- Ensure timely creation of purchase orders and adherence to financial governance.
- Generate reports on vendor performance, market trends, and improvement plans.

- Experience in vendor management or related field.
- Experience in Telecoms, Cable, or similar industry.
- Proven experience managing vendors delivering varied services.
