Summary: The Vehicle Engineering Lead Engineer role focuses on delivering vehicles that meet customer needs through effective integration of engineering targets, geometric optimization, and systems compatibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engineering Targets and Sign-Off for the programme.
- Lead cross-functional geometric integration reviews to ensure vehicle systems' effectiveness.
- Conduct functional systems integration and compatibility systems reviews for customer features.
- Drive attribute development activities for robust target achievement and engineering signoff integrity.
- Coordinate engineering activities to resolve incompatibilities and meet programme milestones.
- Support delivery of in-flight programmes to the Plant in Slovakia, including LRR Reviews.
Key Skills:
- Strong, structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Technical knowledge and experience of key vehicle systems and whole vehicle engineering.
- Proven ability to work with technical data and cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical knowledge of Automotive Platforms.
- Working knowledge of AGILE principles & Toolset.
