Summary: The role of Deltek Vantagepoint Consultant focuses on leading and delivering design changes and process improvements within the Finance module of Vantagepoint. The consultant will implement system enhancements, optimize billing processes, and provide training to internal teams. This position is ideal for a hands-on specialist who excels in making systems more efficient. The contract is set for 3-6 months with a hybrid working arrangement based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement changes to standard and custom Global Invoice Templates
- Optimise Batch Billing and draft Invoice approvals
- Design a one-stop-shop solution for the billing cycle
- Create a solution for multi-payer invoices
- Improve dashboard functionality and visualisations
- Develop a Write-off custom report
- Deliver training on Retainers/Add-ons
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions on key modules (e.g. Batch Billing, Dashboards, Contract Management, Workflows)
- Execute a portfolio of small process improvement projects: workflows, data cleansing, reporting, config alignment
- Lead internal team through design and implementation of system enhancements
- Drive updates in CRM, pipeline/orderbook, workflows, dashboards, and more
