Summary: The Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer role involves providing maintenance services across multiple commercial office sites on the Isle of Wight for a reputable FM service provider. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Perform emergency lighting maintenance, re-lamping, unblocking toilets, tap changes, fabric maintenance, fire alarm tests, and sprinkler tests.
- Ensure log books are kept up to date.
- Escort specialist subcontractors.
- Assist other engineers as needed.
Key Skills:
- 18th Edition electrical qualification.
- Level 3 NVQ in electrical installation.
- Inspection and testing (desired).
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates (essential).
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Understanding of commercial building maintenance.
- Multi-skilled.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider – TEMP TO PERM
Exciting opportunity to work for a reputable FM service provider with buildings situated on the Isle of Wight Currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a number commercial office contract covering multiple sites on the Isle of Wight. This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM primarily but also reactive maintenance such as changing light bulbs, emergency lighting, minor plumbing, tap changes and fabric maintenance. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and previous commercial maintenance experience.
