Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out detailed property valuations across various council assets.
  • Conduct market research and provide expert advice on rental and sale values for both commercial and residential properties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including planning and legal departments, to ensure valuation reports align with council policies and objectives.
  • Assist with property disposals, acquisitions, and related negotiations.
  • Maintain and manage accurate property data, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Offer technical advice to senior management on property management and development matters.

Key Skills:

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified, or equivalent experience.
