Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out detailed property valuations across various council assets.
- Conduct market research and provide expert advice on rental and sale values for both commercial and residential properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including planning and legal departments, to ensure valuation reports align with council policies and objectives.
- Assist with property disposals, acquisitions, and related negotiations.
- Maintain and manage accurate property data, ensuring up-to-date records.
- Offer technical advice to senior management on property management and development matters.
Key Skills:
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in property valuation within a public sector or local government context.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
