Technical Data Administrator
Contract: 6 months
Based: Glascoed, BAE
Hourly Rate: £13.45 PAYE or £19.10 Umbrella Inside IR35
37 hours Monday – Friday – Full-time onsite
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Technical Data Administrator to join our Engineering team.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and securely storing technical data and documentation. Duties will include uploading and retrieving files, maintaining filing systems, scanning and checking documents, data entry, archiving records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Good IT, typing and data-entry skills
- Experience in an office or administrative environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional approach to confidentiality and sensitive information
