Summary: Join a leading aerospace and defence organisation as an Assistant Project Accountant, where you will support various projects in Warton & Samlesbury on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects within the Production, Development and Organisation.
- Collaborate with finance team and functional stakeholders to complete the programme of work.
- Interrogate IT systems for information on claims and receipts to identify corrective actions.
- Assist in setting up a clear and robust process for future operations.
- Maintain a detailed plan and deliver activities on time and to a high quality.
- Report to a Team Leader while proactively managing daily activities.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of finance systems.
- Self-starter.
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build good working relationships with key contacts in the business.

Rate:
PAYE £21.50 PER HOUR
UMBRELLA £28.79 PER HOUR
What you'll be doing:
This role will support projects within the Production, Development and Organisation and will provide key support to the project to address the backlog.
Responsibilities will include;
- They will work with other members of the finance team and other functional stakeholders to complete the programme of work.
- They will be interrogating the IT systems for information on claims and receipts to identify corrective actions.
- They will assist with setting up a clear and robust process going forward.
- Maintain a detailed plan, deliver the activities on time and to a good quality.
- They will report into a Team leader who will provide direction and guidance but the candidate will need to be proactive to manage their own daily activities.
Your skills and experiences:
- Good knowledge of finance systems

- Ability to build a good working relationship with key contracts in business
