Summary: The UX Writer/Content Designer role involves creating accessible and user-friendly content for various digital platforms, particularly in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce various types of content, adapting to different mediums and ensuring accessibility.
- Translate complex financial concepts into simple language.
- Drive content production and lead the sign-off process with stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders and contribute to research activities.
- Work autonomously on multiple projects and adapt to team needs.
- Utilize Figma for design work and collaborate with the design practice.
- Run design conversations and workshops, connecting with relevant SMEs.
- Think strategically about content impact beyond immediate projects.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in content design and UX writing.
- Familiarity with gov.uk content guidelines and best practices for accessibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and understanding of UX principles.
- Experience in finance, asset management, or regulated industries.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
