Key Responsibilities:
- Design Holistically: Look beyond copy to influence product design, creating narratives, UX frameworks, information architecture, and scalable design patterns.
- Drive Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to champion UX excellence and communicate a unified product vision.
- Leverage Data & Insights: Use user research, data analysis, and product metrics to validate design choices, improve product quality, and hit KPIs.
- Scale UX Systems: Establish holistic processes, style guides, and templates, ensuring high standards for accessibility and localization.
- Mentor & Ideate: Guide fellow UX professionals in ideation and research, anticipating constraints to deliver innovative solutions.
