Summary: The UX/UI Lead (GenAI) role involves leading the design of user-centered digital banking products for a global financial services organization. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

- Experience conducting usability testing and applying insights to design improvements.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience conducting usability testing and applying insights to design improvements.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally financial services.
Familiarity with Agile environments and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Front End development concepts, and ethical design practices.
