Summary: The Senior UX Designer/Service Designer role focuses on creating user-centered designs through workshops, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and lead workshops to gather high-level user requirements, define user journeys, and create service blueprints.
• Develop user flows, layout anatomies, and concept designs based on user journeys and business requirements.
• Produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs across multiple projects, validating them with business stakeholders and end users.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with the UX Lead to establish and refine design strategies for each project.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a UX/Service Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design expertise.
• Financial services and banking experience.
• Deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proven experience with user-centered design methodologies, including the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
• Expertise in creating user workflows, diagrams, and service blueprints.
