RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer IV who will be in charge of managing complex details about projects that require analyzing design requirements, as well as recommending technical solutions to make projects scalable, maintainable, and efficient.

Duties:
* Debug websites to fix mistakes in the code to make sure they are error-free for network administrators and end users
* Interpret requirements and create project plans to meet schedule and quality goals
* Work across teams to identify and solve problems
* Document code, including commenting and reporting on features
* Program in multiple languages to create specified products

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development skills
* Working knowledge of several programming languages and able to adapt to new versions of software
* Proficient in using Office applications, and have advanced knowledge in databases and networks
* Proficiency in customizing and developing within WordPress (themes, plugins, page templates)
* Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) for modular front-end components
* Responsive and accessible design best practices Experimentation & Product Iteration
* Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
* Ability to quickly build and iterate on front-end MVPs for learning and conversion tests Testing & Quality Assurance
* Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks
* Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows
* Experience defining and maintaining test coverage for high-traffic learner flows WordPress + Docebo Integration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
