Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible Careers site that delivers a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Focus on user interaction and usability, ensuring ease of navigation and clarity throughout the job search and application journey
  • Structure content logically, including job categories, filters, and navigation pathways
  • Create and develop:
    • Site maps
    • Wireframes
    • Mock-ups and visual designs
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all candidate-facing touch points
  • Collaborate with internal teams and an industry-leading platform provider to support Careers site development and implementation
  • Ensure the site meets accessibility standards and works effectively for users with disabilities

Key Skills:

  • Strong UX/UI design experience, ideally with Careers sites or large-scale digital platforms
  • Proven ability to structure content and user journeys logically
  • Experience producing site maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to play a key role in designing and enhancing a modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly Careers site for an industry-leading insurances organisation.

This role focuses on creating an exceptional candidate experience, from discovering open roles to submitting applications or registering interest, while ensuring the site is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

You will work closely with an industry-leading talent experience platform and internal stakeholders to ensure the Careers site seamlessly connects with internal recruitment systems, enabling smooth data flow, efficient workflows, and meaningful analytics.
