Summary: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design approach for complex problem spaces, ensuring that solutions are user-centered, technically feasible, and aligned with business priorities. You will be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of UX/UI design outcomes within your squad, guiding decisions from discovery to implementation. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is a contracting position until the end of June, with potential for extension. The position requires expertise in UX design processes and tools, particularly within a digital transformation and telecoms context.

About the role
As a Senior UX/UI, you will be accountable for the quality, direction and effectiveness of UX/UI design outcomes within your squad. You will lead design approach for complex problem spaces, owning decisions from discovery through to implementation and ensuring solutions are grounded in user insight, technical feasibility and business priority while remaining consistent with other digital journeys.

Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:

- Expert knowledge of end-to-end UX design processes.
- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, Adobe CC and scalable design.
- Strong experience applying user research, usability testing, analytics.
