  • Strong storytelling skills with an ability to present complex information clearly
  • Familiarity with creating user journey maps or E2E diagrams is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with GDS is a nice to have
  • AI experience is a nice to have
