UX/UI Designer

Summary: The UI/UX Designer role involves creating visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires proficiency in wireframing tools like Figma and entails managing multiple projects to meet deadlines. The designer will also ensure high-quality, accessible, and usable designs are implemented accurately on digital platforms. This is a hybrid position based in Leavesden, Hertfordshire, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messaging to target audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliverables and provide design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and incorporate them into design work as appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all design work is high-quality, error-free, and meets accessibility and usability standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively on digital platforms.

Key Skills:

• Good UI/UX Designer experience in Figma or similar wireframing tool.
