Key Responsibilities:

  • Create beautiful and user-friendly website designs that work as well on mobile as they do on desktop.
  • Design site maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality and performance.
  • Develop website graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their website design requirements and preferences.
  • Interpret user research from workshops and surveys to make recommendations and support design decisions.
  • Provide regular website design updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Perform website usability testing to ensure a positive user experience.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Desirable but not essential: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Desirable but not essential: Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Desirable but not essential: Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
