Summary: Join a leading airline group as a User Researcher within a collaborative Product Design team, focusing on user-centered research for digital products. This role involves delivering actionable insights through both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to enhance customer experiences. The position is hybrid and requires a strong background in UX research. The contract is for 6 months with an ASAP start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage UX research projects across multiple products and share insights with stakeholders.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across discovery and testing phases.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and analytics teams to align research with business goals.
- Design and execute research studies including interviews, usability testing, and workshops.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Champion users' needs to enhance customer experience and digital journeys.
- Maintain documentation and communicate research outputs effectively across teams.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in digital research within corporate or agency environments.
- Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
- Proficiency with remote research tools (eg, User Testing, UserZoom).
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
- Degree in Psychology, HCI, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Daily Rate: Flexible Inside IR35, Either through PAYE or Hays approved umbrella companies
