Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user workflows to inform product strategy and direction.
- Execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and card sorting.
- Act as an advocate for technical users by identifying user pains and providing research-based recommendations for design decisions.
- Help the Development team interpret and understand user feedback and contribute to requirements and design documents.
- Research and showcase knowledge in current industry trends and technologies.
Key Skills:
- STEM Degree (e.g., Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or other relevant degree).
- Knowledge of user-centered design, UX research methods, human-computer interaction research (HCI) or experimental design.
- Experience with research and collaboration tools (e.g., Optimal Workshop, Miro).
- Programming experience in any programming language is a plus (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python, C++, Java, JS, etc.).
- 3 months full-time commitment.
- Candidates must be pursuing a master's level or a PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
