Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for technical users by identifying user pains and providing research-based recommendations for design decisions.
• Assist the Development team in interpreting user feedback and contribute to requirements and design documents.
• Research and showcase knowledge in current industry trends and technologies.

Key Skills:

• Pursuing a master's or PhD level degree in a technical discipline.
• STEM Degree (e.g., Information Design, Data Modeling, Computer Graphics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, CAD Design, Architecture, Statistics, Cognitive Sciences, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction).
• Knowledge of user-centered design, UX research methods, human-computer interaction research (HCI), or experimental design.
