Summary: The role of UX Researcher involves joining a leading Airlines group to drive user-centered research across digital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences. This position is based in Uxbridge and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The contract is for 6 months with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage UX research projects across multiple products and share insights with stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across discovery and testing phases
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and analytics teams to align research with business goals
- Design and execute research studies including interviews, usability testing, and workshops
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Champion user needs to enhance customer experience and digital journeys
- Maintain documentation and communicate research outputs effectively across teams
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in digital research within corporate or agency environments
- Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
- Proficiency with remote research tools (e.g., User Testing, UserZoom)
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills
- Degree in Psychology, HCI, Product Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Overview: We are looking for a UX Researcher to join a collaborative Product Design team, driving user-centered research across digital products. Daily Rate: Flexible, Inside IR35, either through PAYE or Hays approved Umbrella company
Contract Length: 6 Months
