We are looking for a curious, mid-weight User Researcher to act as the primary customer advocate within an Agile digital environment. You will bridge the gap between human behavior and product development, utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to create user-friendly healthcare and beauty services.

What You'll Need Proven experience as a User Researcher specifically focused on behavioral insights (Usability Testing, Interviews, Ethnography). Strong ability to analyze both Qualitative and Quantitative data to identify trends and prioritize product improvements (experience with Web Analytics is a plus). Hands-on experience working within Agile product teams and collaborating daily with UX/UI designers and Product Managers. Proficiency in testing with digital prototypes and a deep understanding of how research fits into various stages of product development. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in an engaging, visual way to non-research audiences.
