My client a top Global company are currently looking to recruit an UX Researcher for Commercial Insights to join their team on a contract basis. Please note if successful you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE.
Essential skills and experience for the UX Researcher for Commercial Insights:
- Design Thinking: Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking principles and practices
- Digital, Data & AI: Experience in product design research for digital, data & AI products, including financial / commercial dashboards
- Behaviour Design: Experience in behaviour change and behavioural design/research
- User Research Expertise: Proven experience in planning and conducting user research across the product lifecycle using a variety of methods, both qualitative and quantitative, from discovery to design, to deployment.
- Bias Mitigation: Skilled in designing research that minimises bias and surfaces root causes of user behaviour and pain points.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to distil complex data into clear insights and identify the three most important things teams need to know to make decisions.
- Collaboration: Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Communication: The ability to present research findings in a clear and impactful way.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of how user insights connect to business goals and product strategy.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with user research tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, GA4 or similar.
- Third party management: Experience choosing and managing third parties effectively to deliver high quality outcomes, efficiently.
