Summary: The UX Research Manager will lead a team in conducting user-centered research to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences across products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX Operations and Design Managers to align research strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead the research team to maintain high-quality research standards and methodologies.
  • Establish a consistent approach to research across all products and services.
  • Work with the Brand team to ensure research supports brand consistency.
  • Advocate for accessibility-focused research to meet digital accessibility standards.
  • Mentor and develop the research team, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration between research, design, development, product, and marketing teams.
  • Champion a user-centered research approach across the organization.
  • Prioritize research that includes users with disabilities and address accessibility needs.
  • Explore innovative research methodologies and tools to enhance research capabilities.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment that values open communication.
  • Support UX researchers in exploring and testing innovative methods.
  • Organize and facilitate regular research critique sessions.
  • Map and analyze user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote data-driven design decisions by incorporating user insights into design iterations.
