Summary: We are looking for a Digital UX Researcher to join E.ON Next's Digital Go-To-Market team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in London with hybrid working. This role is ideal for a midweight to senior researcher who can transform user research into actionable insights that influence product design and strategy. The candidate should be self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment, with experience in utilities or service-based sectors being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and iterate UX research across web and app platforms using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Analyse research data and synthesise findings into actionable insights for product and design decisions.
- Facilitate user testing sessions, in-depth interviews, and internal workshops to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product development.
- Maintain and refine user personas, journey maps, and other research artefacts to guide design strategy.
- Contribute to prototyping efforts by applying research insights to improve UX and UI experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging UX practices to inform research approaches.
- Engage in agile/scrum processes, providing timely research inputs and updates to guide product development.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in UX research, ideally in fast-paced or start-up environments.
- Demonstrable ability to manage end-to-end research projects independently.
- Strong portfolio showcasing actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to present research findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by hands-on experience.
