Summary: The UX Lead role involves gathering insights through workshops and user research to inform business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders
- Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users
- Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the opportunity areas which leads to creation of MVP (minimum viable product)
- Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand user’s needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions
- Ideate about product’s main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows
- Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers' needs
- Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development
- Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration
