This is a key opportunity for a UX Lead to shape how millions of learners engage with personalised education.
The RoleYou'll lead UX across discovery and early product development, helping define how the platform evolves to better meet learner needs. This includes running rapid discovery cycles, leading prototyping and concept testing, and translating insight into engaging, scalable experiences.
A core part of the role is designing compelling, personalised and gamified user journeys that motivate younger audiences and improve learning outcomes. You'll work closely with product, research, engineering and stakeholders to move quickly from ideas to measurable value.
